Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Serious issues with regard to the decision taken by the Corporation to cancle the interview, which was conducted earlier as well as with regard to the constitution of the Selection Board, which has now held selection have been raised by means of the present writ petition.
The process of interview is already over. Select list has already been finalised on 15.7.2015. The petitioners, who participated in the selection process had not been declared successful.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we provide that the petitioners may seek their remedy before the Public Services Tribunal at the first instance.
Writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to seek their remedy accordingly.
