It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that by concealment of material facts, the private respondents have obtained an order of renewal of the Society from the Assistant Registrar and have further got a list of the General Body registered on 5th February, 2015. This fact is disputed by the counsel appearing for the respondent No. 4.
Accordingly, let the learned Standing Counsel obtain instructions from the Assistant Registrar, Firms Societies and Chits, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur respondent No. 4 herein as to whether along with the renewal of the Society, a list of the General Body has also been registered by him. The learned Standing Counsel shall also apprise the Court of any action that may have been taken by the Assistant Registrar on the application of the petitioner dated 4th February, 2015 said to have been preferred and filed before him.
Accordingly and on his request, this matter shall stand adjourned today.
Let it be included in the list of fresh cases of 8th May, 2015.
