Supplementary Affidavit filed today is taken on record.
Learned Standing Counsel points out that the petitioner had obtained admission against the paid seat as would be evident from the Application Form appearing at page 16 of the writ petition. He further submits that the petitioner was not entitled to be granted scholarship in light of her family income.
Let these facts be brought on record by means of an Affidavit to be filed within three weeks. The petitioner shall have a week thereafter to file his Rejoinder Affidavit.
List this petition on the expiry of the aforesaid period.
