1. Today this case has been listed peremptorily and still adjournment has been sought on account of illness by learned counsel for the revisionist.

2. In view of aforesaid circumstances and considering the fact that this is the consecutive adjournment sought by learned counsel for revisionist on account of illness, I do not find any justification to accept the same. The request for adjournment is accordingly rejected.

3. Called in revised. None appeared on behalf of learned counsel for the revisionist to press this revision.

4. This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by order dated 24.3.1992 passed by Additional Chief Metropoliton Magistrate-III, Kanpur Nagar in Criminal Trial No. 2241 of 1990, State Vs. Surendra, under Sections 452, 323, 504 I.P.C., Police Station  Kidwainagar, District Kanpurnagar, whereby respondents no. 1,2,3 and 4 have been acquitted.

5. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality so as to warrant interference.

6. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

7. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
