1. Called in revised. None appeared on behalf of the revisionist to press this revision. Sri Gaurav Mishra, Advocate holding brief of Sri Apul Mishra, learned counsel for the opposite parties is present. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.
2. This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by order dated 9.9.1992 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mainpuri in Criminal Case No. 667 of 1992, Matin Ullah Khan Vs. Sri Tara Chandra Maheshwari under Section 304 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District Mainpuri, whereby protest petition of the revision has been rejected.
3. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality so as to warrant interference.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
