This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by order dated 30.11.1991 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Jaunpur in Criminal Case No. 618 of 1990, Smt. Mantoota Vs. Vijai Bahadur under Section 127 Cr.P.C., Police Station Mariyahu, District Jaunpur, whereby Maintenance of Rs. 200/- per month has been granted to the opposite party no.2 and Rs. 150/- per month to her children.
3. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality so as to warrant interference.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
