This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by order dated 12.1.1993 passed by Sessions Judge, Ballia in Criminal Revision No.258 of 1992, allowing the revision preferred by respondent no.1 against the order dated 13.9.1991 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ballia in Criminal Case No. 330 of 1991, summoning the respondent no.1 to face trial for offences punishable under Sections 417/420 I.P.C.
3. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality so as to warrant interference.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
