This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by order dated 8.1.1993 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Agra in Criminal Case No. 451 of 1991, Smt. Saroj Kumari Vs. Satya Prakash under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Kagarol, District Agra. By the impugned order, learned Family Judge has allowed the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. of wife- respondent for amount of maintenance.
3. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality so as to warrant interference.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
