This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by orders dated 3.11.1992 and 11.2.1993 passed by Judge, Family Court in Case No. 159 of 1992, Asha Devi Vs. Gopi under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Sikandra, District Agra. By the impugned order, learned Family Judge has allowed the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C., of opposite party for maintenance amount.
3. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality so as to warrant interference.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
