This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by order dated 24.2.1993 passed by VIII Additional Sessions Judge, Agra dismissing Criminal Appeal No. 41 of 1989 preferred against judgment and order dated 5.4.1989 passed by Judicial Magistrate City Second (Economic Offences), Agra in Criminal Case No. 2353 of 1986 under Section 7/16 Prevention of Food Adulteration Act., Police Station Shahganj, District Agra, whereby revisionist has been convicted to undergo six months rigorous imprisonment with fine of Rs. 1000/- with default clause.
3. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality so as to warrant interference.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
