1. Heard Sri Om Narayan Pandey, Advocate holding brief of Sri Anil Mullic, learend counsel for the revisionist and perused the record.

2. This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by order dated 14.10.1992 passed by the XIIth A.C.J.M., Meerut in Case  Crime No. 80 of 1992, under Sections 498-A I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Lisari Gate, Meerut, whereby non-bailable warrant has been issued against the revisionist.

3. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality so as to warrant interference and none could be shown by learned counsel for the revisionist.

4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
