The Official Liquidator has filed the present OL Report No. Jud/67 of 2015 bringing on record certain documents which purports to show that the alleged properties of the Company in Liquidation were taken possession of in 2008. Sri Vivek Chaudhary, learned counsel has filed an application today on behalf of Deewan Daulat Ram Education Foundation seeking recall of the order of this Court dated 5th December, 2014. The applicant asserts ownership rights on the basis of a registered sale deed.
Considering the nature of the averments carried on this application, the Official Liquidator shall respond to the same within a period of three weeks.
