2. This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by order dated 22.12.1992 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Agra in Misc. Case No. 147 of 1992, Charan Lal Vs. Smt. Saroj Devi under Section 126 Cr.P.C., Police Station Madan Mohan Gate, District Agra, whereby restoration application of the revisionist has been rejected.
3. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality so as to warrant interference.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
