1. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C. has been filed against the order dated 3.9.1992 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Meerut in Case No. 132 of 1991 awarding compensation of Rs. 500/- per month to the opposite party no.2.
2. The order impugned in this revision has been passed under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act and, therefore, this revision under Section 397 Cr.P.C. is thoroughly misconceived and is not maintainable.
5. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
