2. This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by order dated 12.2.1993 passed by the Family Court, Agra in Criminal Case No. 37 of 1991, Smt. Rajkumari Vs. Smt. Bhagwati Devi under Section 127 Cr.P.C., Police Station Chandpur, District Agra. By impugned order, the Family Court partly dismissed the application of the revisionist.
3. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality so as to warrant interference.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
