2. This criminal revision has been filed aggrieved by order dated 3.12.1992 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate Hamirpur in Case No. 2897 of 1991, under Sections 494, 498-A I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District Hamirpur, whereby summoning order has been passed against the revisionists.
3. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality so as to warrant interference and none could be shown by learned counsel for the revisionists.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
