This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by order dated 4.11.1992 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Moradabad in Case No. 205 of 1991, K.K.Madhok Vs. Anand Prakash under Section 145 Cr.P.C., Police Station Nagfani, Moradabad. By the impugned order, learned Additional Sessions Judge has allowed the revision preferred against the order dated 16.4.1991 passed by Additional City Magistrate, Moradabad in Case No.43 of 2011 under Section 145 I.P.C., P.S. Nagfani, District Moradabad.
3. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality so as to warrant interference.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
