Learned A.G.A. is directed to obtain attested photo copy of dying declaration alleged by applicants which is paper no.33 of this application and to produce the same before this Court on the next date of listing.
Till the next date of listing no final order shall be passed in criminal case pending related to Case Crime No.313 of 1997, under sections 498-A, 304-B, 201 I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Karchhana, District Allahabad pending in the Court of Additional sessions Judge, Court No.6, Allahabad but it is made clear further proceeding of trial may go on.
