Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the charges have not been framed till today. The said fact has been stated in paragraph no.25 of the accompanying affidavit.
Learned AGA states that he has not received instructions in the matter.
Learned counsel for the applicant is not able to inform the Court about the status of the trial. He prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file certified copy of the order sheet of the trial court to show the status of the trial.
