Until further order of this Court, the execution of the award dated 10.2.2014 passed by the Special Judge (SC/ST Act,)/MACT/ADJ, Ghaziabad in MAC No. 222 of 2010 (Aas Mohammad Vs. Manbbar Ali & others) shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposits the entire amount towards compensation within a period of one month. Any amount already depsoisted shall be given adjustment. Out of the amount deposited, the claimants shall be entitled to withdraw 50% of the amount and the balance amount shall be kept in a Fixed Deposit Scheme in a Nationalized Bank, yielding maximum interest.
The office is directed to remit the statutory amount to the concerned Tribunal within four weeks.
