At the outset, Sri S.K. Tyagi, learned counsel for the petitioners states that after the filing of this petition, the relief as has been prayed for, has been granted to the petitioners and as such, the petitioners do not wish to press this petition.

Sri Mahesh Narain Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 has stated that though he does not have any objection to the dismissal of this petition as withdrawn but he has no instructions as to whether any such relief as prayed for, has been given to the petitioners by the authority.

This writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed. No order as to costs.
