As the Advocates are abstaining from judicial work, heard the learned Standing Counsel and perused the record.
The instant writ petition was filed in the year 1992 and by means of interim order dated 20.5.1992 the representation of the petitioner was directed to be disposed of by the opposite parties and the opposite parties will also take into consideration the matter in context of person, if any, have been appointed subsequent to the order of termination and make an offer of appointment to the petitioner.
It appears that due to efflux of time the writ petition has rendered infructuous.
Accordingly writ petition is dismissed as infurctuous.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
