Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
This writ petition is against the recovery order dated 12.12.2013. The said recovery is based on account of fact that the wrong fixation of pay of the petitioners by the authority. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that such an order has been passed without giving any opportunity as the petitioners were rightly given time scale to the petitioners after completion of 10 years of service.
The matter requires consideration.

Let counter affidavit be filed within four weeks.
