Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Manish Goyal, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 4 and 6.
By means for present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 03.07.2014 (Annexure no.4 to the writ petition) passed by the State consumer Disputes Reddressal Commissioner Lucknow in Appeal No. 2085 of 2012 & Appeal No. 2153 of 2012.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents to pay the amount awarded by the District Consumer Forum, Deoria by order dated 21.08.2012 (Annexure No. 3 to the writ petition) in complaint no. 132 of 2011.
(iii) Issue any other writ, order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in t he circumstances of the case.
(iv) Award the cost of the petition in favour of the petitioner."
Sri Manish Goyal, learned counsel for respondents prays for and is granted two weeks time to file counter affidavit. The petitioner will have one weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.
List immediately thereafter.
