The counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the Commissioner by order dated 30.7.2012 transferred the case from Tehsildar, Lambhuwa, Sultanpur to Tehsildar, Sadar, Sultanpur but by the impugned order again he has transferred the case from Tehsildar, Sadar, Sultanpur to Tehsildar, Lambhwa, Sultanpur and that too without issuing any notice to the opposite parties therein. The matter requires consideration.
Till the next date of listing further proceeding in the case shall remain stayed.
