An application for substitution has been filed by the wife and legal heirs of the petitioner ( deceased). There is no objection to the application for substitution by the learned standing counsel.

Let necessary amendment be carried out during the course of day.
The newly substituted petitioners are permitted to make a representation under dying in harness Rules , if any such application is made along with the joint consent of the petitioners, the same shall be considered in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of submitting any such application.
