The petitioner, who had appeared at the Final Year Polytechnic/Diploma Examination-2013 conducted by the U.P. Board of Technical Education, is not satisfied with the marks awarded in Environmental Education and Disaster Manager.
Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner has applied for scrutiny of marks in the aforesaid paper, but the result has not been declared as yet.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents states that the result of the scrutiny shall be declared expeditiously.
This petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction that the scrutiny result of the petitioner shall be declared within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed by the petitioner before the Secretary of the Board.
