Learned counsel for the Allahabad Development Authority may obtain instructions and inform the Court as to why the demolition charges in terms of the order dated 19th October, 2012, page 57 of the paper book, is only not being collected and if any application under Section 41 (3) of the Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 has been filed by the respondent no. 5. A copy of the order passed in proceeding under Section 41(3) , if any, may also be brought on record.
