The petitioner, who had appeared at the Intermediate Examination-2013 conducted by the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, U.P., is not satisfied with the marks awarded in Hindi and Chemistry subjects.
It is stated that the petitioner has applied for scrutiny of marks in these two subjects but, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the result has not been declared as yet.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents states that the result of the scrutiny shall be declared expeditiously.
This petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction that the scrutiny result of the petitioner shall be declared within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed by the petitioner before the Secretary of the Board.
