Heard Sri G.S. Hajela learned counsel for the appellants, namely, Krishna Gopal @ Kapoorey, Udai Singh @ Lattar Singh, Ram Babu and Soney Lal in Criminal Appeal No. 3352 of 2012 and Sri Rajiv Lochan Shukla learned counsel for the appellants, namely, Narendra Singh, Suraj Singh and Prahlad @ Mirkhi in Criminal Appeal No. 3326 of 2012.
After hearing learned counsel for the appellants at a great length at this stage, we do not find any reason to grant bail to all the appellants, namely, Krishna Gopal @ Kapoorey, Udai Singh @ Lattar Singh, Ram Babu, Soney Lal, Narendra Singh, Suraj Singh and Prahlad @ Mirkhi. Their bail prayer stands rejected.
