This appeal is wrongly listed before us as perusal of the order dated 23.7.2012 indicates that the appeal has been treated as tied up with a Bench of Hon'ble Dharnidhar Jha and Hon'ble Ashok Pal Singh, JJ. Their lordships in the order passed on the aforesaid date had directed the Registry to place the matter before their Lordships by listing the three connected appeals in the next cause list.
