It has been pointed out that Firdaus has been directed to be kept in Nari Niketan. The order passed by the Magistrate to that effect is under challenge.
This petition has been filed through the husband of Firdaus.
Issue notice to respondent nos.2 and 3 through the respective Chief Judicial Magistrates, returnable on 22.5.2013.
Let Firdaus be produced by respondent no.3 in court on the said date.
State is directed to ensure compliance.
