Against the order passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal has filed First Appeal From Order and now this recovery.
In view of the aforesaid, remedy of the petitioner is to get stay in aforesaid F.A.F.O. itself and so far recovery is concerned unless that is stayed in the proper forum no fault can be found.
writ petition stands disposed of.
