After the matter had been heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition as the Government Order of 1992 is also required to be challenged.
Sri Anurag Khanna, learned counsel appearing for the respondent University has no objection.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
