(C.M.A.No.86141 of 2009) Application for recall of order dated 31.8.2009 has been filed on the premise that the petition be decided on merits and the petition be restored on its original number.
Order dated 31.8.2009 mentions that there does not appear to be any illegality in the order. Under the circumstances, the revision petition was dismissed.
Learned counsel for the petitioners, in the above circumstances, has not been able to show as to how an application for recall is maintainable.
Accordingly, the application for recall of order is dismissed.
