Until further orders of this Court, the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 30.4.2011 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/District Judge, Mainpuri in M.A.C.P. No. 50 of 2008 (Than Singh Vs. New India Assurance Co. Ltd. and others) shall remain stayed. The appellant has already deposited Rs.17,500/- as a statutory amount. The claimant shall be entitled to withdraw the same. Office is directed to remit back the statutory amount to the concerned Tribunal within four weeks.
