Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate.
The petitioner who appears to be complainant of case crime no.69 of 2013 under sections 363, 366 I.P.C. police station Tikait Nagar, district Barabanki has approached this Court with the prayer for issuing a Writ of Mandamus directing the oopposite parties to arrest the accused person.
The prayer made in the petition cannot be granted in a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
The writ petition is misconceived. It is accordingly dismissed.
