Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the alleged incident took place on 29.7.2011. F.I.R. was lodged on 11.8.2011. Girl was recovered on 01.9.2011 and is said to be 18 years of age. Applicant was taken in custody on 01.10.2012. Learned counsel contends that arrest of the applicant was stayed till filing of the chargesheet.
