It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been involved in demanding the dowry.
Learned AGA has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party no.1.
Issue notice to opposite party no.2 returnable at an early date. Steps be taken within a week.
Counter affidavit may be filed by the opposite party no.2 within four weeks. Learned AGA may file counter affidavit within the same period. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter.

Till the next date of listing, further proceedings in Case No.133 of 2012 State Vs. Mukesh and others arising out of case crime no.643 of 2011, under Sections 498-A, 323, 313, 504 IPC, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Sadaba, Hathra, shall remain stayed.
