The petitioner, Constable 2380 Cp Pno No. 942411126, filed the present petition challenging the order of suspension dated 23.08.2012.
Sri Vivek Shandilya, learned standing counsel informs the Court that the Superintendent of Police, Railways, Allahabad vide his order dated 15.09.2012, has reinstated the petitioner with immediate effect. Copy of the order dated 15.09.2012 is placed on record. It reflects that the same was also endorsed in favour of the petitioner. Thus, with the passing of the order dated 15.09.2012, as communicated to the petitioner vide order dated 18.09.2012, now no lis survives.
The petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
