We have heard the learned counsel on the prayer for bail of the appellants-Harish Chandra and Sher Singh without receipt of the lower Courts record. There is an order dated 18.9.2012 passed by a Bench of the Court. That order probably was passed without considering order dated 28.5.2012. We have adjourned the case and called for the record of the trial court for considering the prayer for bail of the appellants. The appeal should appear on the same position in the next cause list along with the lower court record, if it has been received, else, only when it is received.
