Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that although the petitioner-accused are residing outside the jurisdiction of the summoning court, yet an enquiry, as envisaged under sub-Section 1 of Section 202 Cr.P.C., has not been ordered or conducted.
Issue notice to respondent no.2, returnable on 14.8.2012.
Further proceedings in the case qua the petitioners shall remain stayed till the next date of listing.
