Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that without any foundation complaint has been filed against the petitioners including the petitioner no.2, who is aged about 16 years. Allegation is that labour charges amounting to Rs.1000/- were not given. There is no evidence of the said fact.
Issue notice to opposite party no.2, returnable on 14.8.2012.
Proceedings against the petitioners shall remain stayed till the next date of listing.
