Shri Vijay Mahendra, learned counsel for the applicants is present. He states that the parties have terminated theire dispute by way of compromise, therefore, applicants do not want to pursue this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. any further and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
On the statement made by learned counsel for the applicants, the application is dismissed as not pressed with no liberty to file fresh application on the same cause of action.
