Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that Annexure-1 has been issued on wrong premises. Petitioner is being proceeded against at the instance of respondent no.4 only in an N.C.R. case, and not for commission of offence under Section 323/504/506/427 I.P.C. This is made evident from Annexure-3, which reflects N.C.R. No.100 of 2011, entered in P.S. Sammanpur, District Ambedkar Nagar.
Issue notice to respondents for 21.8.2012.
In the meantime, operation of Annexure-1 shall remain stayed till the next date of listing.
