By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for mandamus directing the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 20.04.2012.
In the representation, the petitioner stated that fitness be given to the vehicle by exempting the payment of tax after 30th June, 2008. From the petitioner's letter, representation and endorsement, it appears that tax is due on the petitioner.
No such direction as prayed for cannot be granted. No order has yet been passed by the authorities concerned. There is no cause of action to entertain the writ petition.
The writ petition is dismissed.
