Perusal of the report indicates that mediation has been completed and parties have entered into compromise.
In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the arrest of the petitioner shall remain stayed till conclusion of investigation.
However, parties are directed to produce the compromise letter before the Magistrate concerned within ten days from today, who will inform the Investigating Officer of Case Crime No.148 of 2011, police station Nagram, District - Licknow about the compromise entered into between the parties.
