Heard learned counsel for the revisionists and learned A.G.A.
This revision has been filed against the order dated 12.11.2002 passed by learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Faizabad in 61 of 2001 whereby the revisionists has been convicted for the offence under section 8/21 N.D.P.S. Act and sentenced to undergo R.I. of 24 days which has already been undergone, the benefit of section 28 has been extended to the revisionists.
From the perusal of the record it appears that learned trial court has not committed any error in passing the impugned order and revisionists have already undergone to serve out the sentence awarded by the trial court, therefore, this revision has become infractuous.
Accordingly this revision is disposed of.
