This revision has been filed against the order dated 20.4.2001 passed by learned Addl. Civil Judge (Jr. Div.)/ J.M. Bahraich in Criminal case No. 235/12/2000 whereby the final report of case crime No. 63 of 1999 under section 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Dargah Sharif, district Bahraich has been accepted.
From the perusal of the impugned order dated 20.4.2001 it appears that learned Magistrate concerned has passed this order after perusing the case diary. The order is well reasoned, it does not requires any interference. The prayer for quashing the impugned order is refused.
Accordingly this revision is dismissed.
