It appears that these appeals have been earlier decided by this Court against which Appeals have been filed before the Apex Court. The Apex Court remanded back the matter to this Court for decision.
Shri H.P. Dubey, learned counsel for the appellants states that earlier Shri H.N. Singh and Bibhuti Narain Singh were appearing on behalf of respondent but subsequently the respondent appeared in person.
Under these circumstances, it would be appropriate to issue fresh notice to the respondents .
Issue notice to the respondents. Appellant may take steps to serve respondents by Registered Post within a period of two weeks.
